1.Product General
PNS-A Superplasticizer is a dry powdered admixture. It is produced through such a process: 1) sulphonating refined naphthalene with sulfuric acid, 2) condensing with formaldehyde, 3) neutralization, and 4) filtering. It conforms to GB8076-1997 and is mainly used for various high-strength concrete, steel concrete, prestressed concrete, large formwork concrete, slipforming concrete etc.

3) Keep strength unchanged,Use of this product can save cement consumption by 15-20%.
4) When dosage is 0.7%(solid), Slump can be increased by 10cm.
5) The product is suitable for manufacturing high strength concrete, Accelerating strength concrete, flowing state concrete, pre-cast concrete and pre-stressed concrete, etc.
6) Compressive strength, bending strength, impermeability and freeze-thaw resistance are remarkably increased.
5.Notices:
1) Before the use, mix ratio test must be done, especially for first use of this product, to find out the correct mix rate and dosage.
2) High grading cement and reasonable sand/stone grading must be used? To make high-strength or super high-strength concrete.
3) Water dosage must be strictly controlled to keep mixture unchanged.
4) The mix time should be prolonged for one minute and care should be taken to strengthen wet curing.
5) When the product in liquid form is used, Water content of the product should be deducted from concrete mixture.
6. Packing ,transportation and storage:
1) Packing:plastic pellicle inside and plastic woven bag outsaide with 40kg/bagą0.25kg. Liquid product is packed with big iron drum, 200kgs /drum(net weight).
2) Waterproof and rainproof during transportation.
3) It shall be stored in a waterproof, rainproof place to avoid agglomeration. If there is agglomeration, smashing or dissolving it will not affect using effect. The product is harmless and does not deteriorate in long terms.
